Why Shomer Emunim exists
Shomer Emunim began when a small group of people wanted to help several families before Pesach. From that first effort, the organization grew into a broader system of assistance for families needing food, vouchers, clothing, wedding help, emergency support, and household necessities.
The organization was established to create a direct and trustworthy connection between the people giving tzedakah and the families receiving it. That connection remains our guiding principle: direct assistance, carefully verified families, and total trust.

Families across every kehillah — Sephardic, Ashkenazi, yeshivish, and traditional balabatish — throughout Eretz Yisrael.
How We Protect Privacy
Recipient identities are never shared. Assistance is delivered discreetly and records are limited to those approving requests.
How Assistance Is Approved
Requests are reviewed by responsible gabbaim and by the Rav of the kehillah. Genuine need is the sole criterion.
